First weigh in for me, started attack last Wednesday, after 5 days attack and only one wobble I lost 7lbs!
So started on 13st exactly, now 12st 7 exactly. Very happy and motivated and it was not difficult at all. Now to just need to keep the momentum going Happy days.
6lbs off this week! I gained three after falling off the wagon last weekend so it's all come off plus an extra 3! I've really cut Down on diet coke this week which I think has helped
morning all 1 1/2lbs for me this week which means i have exactly 1 stone to go (or 11lbs originally but i added an extra 3lbs on) O/h stayed the same again despite eating like a pig lol

1.5lbs off for me this week! Super chuffed! Going to stop weighing everyday as I've become a bit of a scale hopper and my body fluctuates a lot!! Particularly on a PV day!!!!
