Thanks Lynne me too. Yesterday will stuck in bed I downloaded a sleep app...I used it last night and seems my nights sleep amounted to 37%. There were red lines all though what should have been my deep sleep time, indicating I was awake. I have to do better than that surely?

That doesn't sound good!

But how did the app work?
 
Well you put it on charge, then I turned it to flight mode (as usual) and then put under your pillow...I put it up by the headboard. Suppose it goes on movement and maybe sound? seemed to know i got out of bed at 5am...not that i knew the time but would have been about that I'd say. Said I was awake for 1hr 5mins before light sleep...I was awake coughing a long time because Joseph came in about 11.45 he said. Even my deep sleep showed awake red lines which was probably coughing.
I'm dosing myself up tonight to will be interesting to see what it shows tomorrow.

 
Hope you have had a better night Janet, I was so tipsy that I slept well last night, went to good friends and had chinese from our favourite SYN free Chinese, really good and its no MSG in it so even better. I drank more wine and bacardi than ususal and a little Peach Snaps and ice which I haven't had for years and years and years! :) Fantastic night and still have some syns left!

sorry to hear that Janet but wish I was suffering the same lack of interest in food! All my syns gone now Janet and still a day and a half to go :confused: plus I am lunching with a friend on Tuesday so am likely to eat more than normal! If I'm not at target I will not be staying to class!
