I'll see how I go today...there's another morning group tomorrow I could use.
Just had a right lecture from Joseph about all this...!! (he didn't sleep well so is a bit tetchy)

Because he was getting up so he could take me!! And then I said I couldn't go... but really he's tetchy about the w/e and church matters. That's why he didn't sleep...I'm trying not to 'bite' back because i know it's nothing to do with me.

Thankfully he's mostly moved off that subject now but we have a new one...my xray results are still not back. He's all for storming the hospital and demanding them! I've told him it won't do any good...

I'll ring the surgery again and see if the person responsible has done any chasing...worth a try.

no go at the surgery so rang the xray dept! Seems the surgery can request the results. The surgery will ring...but don't seem very hopeful. What a wishy washy lot!!

Hospital told surgery they will put mine to the top of the pile to be processed...they have a backlog. Surgery said ring Tuesday afternoon.

OK...off that subject thank goodness!! And Joseph has simmered!

I'm really trying food wise today to eat 'light' in the hopes I can weigh tomorrow.

OK...made the decision not to go to the Saturday morning group...I'm just going to carry on eating on plan; nothing drastic!
Scales are down 1lb - 10.6 3/4.
In the scope of things I'm really pleased as I'm down 4 3/4lbs since Tuesday so the work has paid off.
