Well the gain was 2 1/2lbs...and took me exactly to 10.4 1/2lbs...where I was this time last year and I reached Target.
Yes according to my SW weigh in ONLINE I'm now a Diamond member!

The awards were given out at group but no mention of mine. I was disappointed and quite upset really so asked my consultant at the end...saying I thought there was a certificate for diamond?" Oh yes she said...I've sent for some new ones because there are quite a few of you that have never received them. "And the badge?" "Oh...I'll have to look into that!" :sigh: She said she's having an award ceremony next week...
If those certificates are there I shall be extremely amazed!!
I really hyped myself for this morning...and feel a bit crestfallen! :(

My C wasn't very forthcoming with the certificate and badge, but as I had made a big thing about it in Group the week before, she really had to give it to me. Initially, she tried to fob me off that it was only a SW award during the week of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee for member's who had been at Target for a year or more..lol But, I found out otherwise and insisted on being awarded it!

After going to an opportunity event etc., it became clear as to why some C's aren't forthcoming with awards, as they have to pay for certificates, badges and stickers themselves.

Hi, I'm Janet and as you can see reached my target weight in October 2013. It's been a good journey considering my strange dietary needs and preferences.
I still attend my weekly class (Wednesday mornings) as I can go for FREE and to be sure, if I didn't I would probably have regained some of my lost pounds.

Thinking about my eating pattern for any given week....it seems to be:
After weigh in on Wednesday until Sunday I go a little 'wild' and then have to reign the whole thing in so I'm still in range for my weigh in. Please don't ask if this is stressful...it is!!

Hum....:rolleyes: I know that's not what I'm supposed to be doing!!

This morning I went to class and STS...that's for the 3rd week...10st 5lbs...bang on target; no complaints.

I'M HOPING THAT BY KEEPING A DIARY I MAY IMPROVE MY EATING PATTERNS!! :cool:
After I got home from the class we went out for the day....hence the meal deal lunch; also walked about 3 hours.

Breakfast: Options hot choc, fresh fruit chopped and topped with Alpro plain yogurt.
Snack: bag of Sunbites.
Lunch: Sainbury's meal deal....tuna & sweetcorn sandwich, cheese & onion crisps, fruit drink, carrot cake...OK, one item was an extra!
Snack: 2 small bars mint choc 11g each, scone, jam & clotted cream tea.
Supper: bag Sunbites, fresh melon and strawberries. Cup liquorice tea.

I just love your posts it is given my idas for meals as im very stuck at the moment. Do you wright everything in your diary including maybe a night out for a meal?

Yes I try to be completely honest in what I record...for the good & the bad!! :D

I hear you Lynne...Jaffa's told me the same about the financial side of the consultant's running their groups. I shall be very surprised if my certificate materialises next week...and she sounded like she'd never heard about a BADGE!!
 
Food today was a mixed bunch!
I did phone the doctor and thankfully he's said to take the former 50g thyroid medication instead of the higher does so hopefully I will feel better again soon.

Breakfast at group: Options, chopped fruit & yogurt...taster session, 1/2 slice (my) savoury loaf, 2 macaroons, strawberry, veggie quiche (ugh!)
Lunch: Options, 2 pieces soda bread, 1/2 can baked beans, flora & nutella.
Snack: Options, 2 slices fruit cake, 1 biscuit.
Supper: minis, grapes.

Finally tried the soda bread, bit dense for me...hence the nutella!
 
Scales saying 10.3 3/4...same as yesterday so OK with that. Had friends here yesterday afternoon, hence the cake and a biscuit...

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: chicken style pieces, rice, stirfry veggies, Cantonese sauce (4.5)
Snack: Options (2) chocolate (7)
Supper: slice savoury loaf, tomato, squirt really low mayo (1/2) minis (HexB) grapes.

Total syns: 16

Looked up the Mr Kipling Manor house cake I had two pieces of yesterday...about 10 each. I have some scotch pancakes here waiting to be used...4 each. Tomorrow's another day...feel I've been pretty good today.
