It looks like a much better day then my day to be honest !!
Scales were up 1 3/4lb this morning 10.4 3/4...no surprise there after yesterday but no matter, I enjoyed myself.
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: shepherds pie made with meat free Mexican style chilli, mashed potatoes with Tofutti (HexA) cabbage & peas
Snack: Options (2) chocolate (7) rest of wafer biscuits (10?)
Supper: last piece of savoury loaf, tomato, drizzle mayo (1/2) minis (HexB) grapes
Total syns: 21 1/2 approx.
I call it aimless snacking behaviour and definitely responsible for my weight gain in the first place. I'm just so weak willed at times.That is when I snack as well in between meals when I'm not hungry but just because. And fruit just isn't good enough !
