It looks like a much better day then my day to be honest !!
 
Yes, to me it was a pretty on plan day.
Scales down 3/4lb - 10.3....yesterday I restarted my lower thyroid med and feel my whole body is getting back to normal now.

Friday again already!!
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts(HexB)
Snack: about 100g hazelnut filled wafer logs (23.5) :eek:
Lunch: small ciabatta free from brown roll (7) Linda Mc Mozzarella Quarter Pound Burger (6.5), SW chips, salad, drizzle mayo & ketchup (1)
Snack: Options x2, slice cake, more wafer logs!
Supper: 4 scotch pancakes, chocolate sauce drizzled over. End of!!

Think I could call that my carb filled day! Didn't know those Linda Mc burgers were so tasty, glad I tried one.

Scales were up 1 3/4lb this morning 10.4 3/4...no surprise there after yesterday but no matter, I enjoyed myself.

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: shepherds pie made with meat free Mexican style chilli, mashed potatoes with Tofutti (HexA) cabbage & peas
Snack: Options (2) chocolate (7) rest of wafer biscuits (10?)
Supper: piece of savoury loaf, tomato, drizzle mayo (1/2) minis (HexB) grapes

Total syns: 21 1/2 approx.

Really goofed today because of a late lunch! Feel cross with myself really. :mad:

I usually find having too much "milk" chocolate is what changes the numbers on the scales for me...well, those bags of it anyway that I can so easily chomp my way through!!

Scales down 1/2lb this morning, 10.4 1/4lb. Crisps don't seem to affect me and one biscuit & a choc mini roll wasn't so bad in hindsight.
Planning a 100% day today, I don't mind a STS this week but do not want to see a gain at any price!!

Lunch: jacket potato, tuna (HexB) mayo (1/2) salad, fat free dressing

That is when I snack as well in between meals when I'm not hungry but just because. And fruit just isn't good enough !
I call it aimless snacking behaviour and definitely responsible for my weight gain in the first place. I'm just so weak willed at times.
