Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Looks like a balanced days eating with loads of fruit and veg
 
I just asked her out right after class if I could convert the hexs I don't use into syns and technically you can as it's still calories in v calories out but it isn't recommended as you might miss out on vital nutrients but I take calcium and vit d tablets anyway which she knows
 
Only one as far as I know. I just find it odd because I wear the same skirt & jumper so all things should be equal really. Looking back in my diary 2 weeks ago and I was 10.3 1/2 at home and 10.4 in group... I was expecting that or 10.4 1/2 at the most! Oh well...still bang on target so better stop whingeing! :sigh:
