Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Options are starting to make me feel sick I think but maybe it's a certain flavour I'm not sure as I get a selection at a time
 
Upgrading that now to 100%...today I've managed very well.

Pleased with today...hoping to have a good one again tomorrow. Have some running around to do so hope that keeps me busy!

Ours has been announced in class for a couple of weeks and it's also Tuesday.

So I'm a cooking and baking tomorrow for Tuesday.

Can you make those egg muffins and cut them into quarters ?

I'm making SW chocolate brownies , meringues , salmon pate, hummus and cous cous balls which seem really simple

Everything is tried and tested bar the cous cous balls
 
Well, it's time really...tomorrow I need to go to the town, back for lunch and Joseph wants to put the downstairs blind back up. Then out to drop some groceries for 'surviving Christmas' and then on to see a very old friend in a nursing home for a while. I could do something tomorrow evening but...
 
When I forget about preparing a taster in advance, I cut up some babybel lights and put them on cocktail sticks with silverskin onions and pineapple, also done the same, but using rolled up ham instead of cheese, or cold sausages with cherry tomatoes went down a treat too!
 
The cous cous balls were so so easy

2 packets of Ainsley Harriot cous cous made up with water wait to cool add 1 to 2 eggs

Mix together shape into balls and bake for about 1 hour on 120 to dry them out turn them after half an hour or so

Brownies in tin 2 dips spicy bean and salmon cous cous balls and coffee meringues and chocolate meringues

I have another batch of cous cous balls in the oven and I'm done

All low syn or syn free

Glad I've got through today with no extras. Joseph bought a pkt of after eight mint bites (not a box) never seen them before...60g pkt = 13.5 syns. They haven't been opened.
 
Hi Janet wow aren't you detailed in your food diary here! Maybe that's why you are doing SO well! I'm going to try to follow your example. Glad to find you here. I have also found Tina by accident.
I'm not totally sure how to use this site well, gotta keep trying. thanks
