Breakfast: options (2) banana, apple, grapes, alpro yog hexa, walnuts hexb
snack: options (2) 4 choc biscuits (13 1/2) hula hoops (6)
Lunch: L.Mc burger (6 1/2) wholemeal roll hexb sw chips, beetroot, tomatoes
snack: small choc (7)
supper: minis hexb, melon

Synful day...37 1/2
 
Gosh, that seems a bit lax, If that was me, I would probably think if they weren't that bothered, why am I wearing it.

But then, on the other hand, shows it's nothing that should cause problems with healing.
 
If its not improved much I would be going back for a second opinion
I think it's the ligament damage that will take the time to settle down and heal...chipping a piece off the bone is just that I think. I suppose the end of that has to heal too. Maybe it's still early days...2 weeks/6 weeks = 1/3 down! :D

Better effort today, felt more in control.
