Thanks everyone, yes been going on a long time now. Jaffa I sometimes think she's dissatisfied with her own life and wants to wreck mine too. She has her partner, 3 sons all who hardly ever lift a finger and she very much plays the martyr.

Glad you found the recipe. When I made it on Saturday I used a tsp each of ginger & coriander and put grated cheese on the top. The cheesy top was really lovely!

Scales down 3/4 -10.6. Must try and get them down lower.

Yes its the will power that's lacking with just sitting around really. I was 10.4 1/2 last weigh in so need to be lower. About 2 1/2lb drop?

Plan out today and tomorrow and stick with it then decide Wednesday but you know you'll still be in target range
