Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

What are you going to do about weigh in ?
 
Hi Jaffa I didn't wake until nearly 10 so just as well I wasn't going to group! Rainy day here from what I can see.
Well....tell me about the scales! Yesterday I added in 4 biscuits another bar chocolate toast & jam hula hoops....scales down 1/4 - 10.6 1/2!! Could get kick back tomorrow of course!! Lol
 
You are not going to believe this but exactly the same thing happened in our group last night
I got weighed twice on the scales I was so shocked
All target members put on and one member has been living if fruit veg salad and fish for a week.
She was so disappointed and upset like me
 
I suppose the 'mass unhappiness' in my group just spread itself around...as it does!
Somebody just told me that the new lady who lost 13lbs last week, gained 2lbs this week but then transpired that she'd had the full works chinese Saturday night! Now that I can believe but those who said they were 100% all week they must be very disappointed.
 
We have to be really honest with ourselves sometimes, like about the Chinese. I'm afraid I'm ashamed to say I put on 3.5lbs this week (most did lose at my group tho). I believe I have only myself to blame if I'm honest as Last Tuesday night I really overate and that's what I think that although I have got away with it before :confused: I seriously think this is a kick up the but to be more sensible and am pleased to say that I was more sensible last night and any extras were included in last week's syns. I have also gone back to the green plan but because I have missed my 1 oz of cheese (second A section) and lots of carbs for some days of the week. The red/green plan has worked for me up to now so I'm gonna mix it up! :cool:
