Ok All set to face d scales in d morn No more faffin about! Aimin to lose 14lbs in 4 wks Dats my personal challenge! Goin to keep a daily diary er too! Box of 50 porridge arrived today Find it very fillin and scrumious so all set! Have given up Coke Zero as caffeine not gud 4 me

Stickin to Exante as they suit me and am back on d water Off Coke Zero as was gluggin too much of it and not enough water
Njoyin water today and sage tea as have a mouth ulcer and TIs gr8 to numb it

Ok Sittin in take away with kids Mouth watering so had an Ultra Slim bar along with a bottle of Coke Zero Will drink loads of water when I get home!
D smell of chicken is delicious!
But am satisfied!! Day one nearly done Hurray!!!
