Ok here goes, my journey

Don't worry Jo, I wasn't even on holiday and I had carbs this weekend lol!

We will both be back on track this week :)
 
All packed & waiting now to picked up to go to the airport. It is absolutley chucking it down here in Dublin so glad we aren't sightseeing today.

I'm not even going to try & tell you what I've eaten the last few days but lets just say I tried - epic fail :) Our "posh" meal on Saturday night I got so drunk I can't even tell you what I ate, nor how I got back to the hotel :) huge hangover yesterday only to go to the Guinness factory for hair of the dog :)

We have done loads of walking, so much so I was in bed for 9pm last night totally done in.

Had a lovely few days but can't wait to get back on plan, I have felt every carb swell me in every place possible ! Will wi tomorrow to assess the damage - eeeekkk !

Your walking might have counteracted the excess. Jo weigh in and do a couple of pp days it won't show. Pleased you and tdm had such a good time, you both needed that special time together xxx
 
D D Derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!! WI this morning & a whopping 6lb gain !!!!!! I'm guessing a big part of that was last night as I went out for pizza & ice cream as a last treat before getting back on track today. Need a visit from the toilet fairy too so I hope with a few PP days this week I'll get most of it back off again for wi Friday. A big gain but I did totally enjoy myself even though I can't remember what I ate or what I did Saturday night :) TDM did upset me saturday night aparantley but neither of us (or he is keeping quiet) can remember what he said that upset me. Hmmmmmmmmm still lots to think about regarding him..........

So back to plan today & I'm looking forward to being back in control, need to go & get some supplies as I have a mamouth couple of days at work this week (not back in till tomorrow though) I have 2 days of 15hr shifts again :( Really really not enjoying work right now, have even thought about going off with stress its so bad & that just isn't me.

Anyway, shopping & muffins to make. Will be back later to catch up with everyones antics :)
 
Sounds like your hols and blow out was enjoyable, but you've obv got your head screwed on to be getting back to it properly. Hope work not too much of an ordeal, those are really long shifts. Hope you get the proper breaks you're supposed to have.

Trini, I manage a 24hr shift team & end of quarter apprasials which have to be completed by 27th July. So to ensure I get everyone i have to work the hours to catch everyone. No I don't get overtime & it'll be rare for me to get the time back. Unfortunately it's expected !

OMG Jo...you must be exhausted?!

I work 7 days a week but I will be resigning from my weekend job come August, as I've worn myself out.

I will be by Friday Trini, logged on today & I'm doing 3 15hr days this week, which means I will have done most of the apprasials by 11pm Friday night !
 
So day 1 back on the D train done & dusted, muffins made & cooked some chicken for work tomorrow.

B Quorn sausages & scrambled egg
L Garlic prawns
D Chicken, tofu creme
S Muffins

Been good to be back in control, I can totally see why people freak out about going into conso. After this weekend I think I will have to do some forward plannimg a few weeks before I'm near to TW. I'm ages away yet so no panic ! :)

its great to hear that you are confident that you are going to get there tho isnt it? and forward planning i have to say you are well organised! i am rubbish at planning ahead i always say im going to plan ahead that uasually involves me talking about it a lot then running around on the last day muttering to myself " i should have done this ages ago" lol xx

Oh man, work is bad !!!! I didn't think it could get any worse but it is. Had a very long conversation with my boss who is feeling it too & he feels like going off with stress too !!!!!

So anyway back to D, jumped on the scales this morning to see if that would brighten my day & 1.5lbs off already :) Not going to wi again now till Friday just in case it rises again.

Lot of fluids & I'm in work for another 10.5hrs :(
