So it's week 3 n weighed in at 11.12.. M ok with that. 2lb loss but I cheated on Saturday. Had a fillet o fish chips half tub Ben n jerry ice team peanut butter cup my favvv!! Then two slices pizza another sundae type dessert hummus with Doritos lol so a 2 lb weight loss is perfectly acceptable. Bin in track since Sunday so yayyy.. Hope everyone doing well xxx
Hey everyone sorry not bin posting. My hubby's started a new business and coz m more on my own I'm mostly out the house! So weigh in 4: I'm now 11.8.7 woooo!! That's just over a 3lb loss. Feeling lighter n more energetic. I'm still reading through ppls diaries. Phoenyx ur doing great. But ur confusing me! R u on plan or off? Jewel ur doing fab as always hun. Keep it up.
