Right you lazy lot from tomorrow I want 1 thing that you promise to do. We are gonna be the sexiest bunch of WW ers. I'm gonna be so fit with all this jumping on & of the wagon & from tomorrow I promise to...... Snack it, track it or bite it, write it & here's a bit of motivation I pinched from my leader

Wow im scared now lol. Ok i promise to walk an hour a day 4 days this wk and 45 mins 2 days . Im have 3 weigh ins and will be happy with 3 lb. Any extra is a bonus, phew can i stop marching now :D
 
& I promise never to recommend tv programmes that are absolute rubbish. Desperate scousewives was absolute rubbish & I too only managed 10 mins b4 it was deleted. Oh I promise me you'll stop nibbling nuts ;) xxxx

Dropping down is no prob. Giving you 20 is big prob :D and getting back up after them damn near impossible lol .

So what about tomorrow we all post what we've eaten? Everything that we've snacked or nibbled on. Tell me if it's rubbish idea but might make me be good. xxxx

Love this idea - this will certainly keep me on track today. Thanks for all your support and kicks up the bum! Just what I needed. I've not managed to start the c25k thing yet - am definitely up for a team effort in January! Well done to those who've had a good week so far. If we are recommending tv shows, then my favorites are Fringe - (Joshua Jack son...drool...) Greys anatomy, (Patrick Dempsey...drool..) are you picking up on a theme here? oh and if you have Sky tv - the Body in Balance channel has some fantastic half hour workouts for those dark nights when you don;t want to leave the house!

PS - i think i realised why i fell off the wagon this week - usually i come straight home from WW and put stickers on the chart on the fridge to mark off the pounds I have lost and then work out how many to my next mini goal (3lbs to get into the 280's) but didn't do it this week! I've done it this morning! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Morning Kay well done and keep up the pma today. Ive had banana 0 pp and 30g of bran flakes 3pp ( weighed) and semi skimmed milk 2pp . Good start for us :D
 
I had a slice of dry toast 2pp and a teaspoon of choc spread 2pp. Fruit tea all day at work. Just waiting to see what our kitchen has made for lunch today though! Its like Russian Roulette! Still I have my trusty tin of WW tuna in my drawer for back ups!
