It's the first time I've ever cooked it! I've had it in restaurants before. We shall give it a go and see what happens! It's different in that it's actually a seed, not a grain, but it seems to be cooked in the same way as rice/couscous.
Unfortunately the squash is already cut up, I'm going to roast it tomorrow with some garlic and blitz into soup.
