My gosh I want that body! :) well done Ceri, what an achievement!

I jumped on the scales this morning and I'm back down to 9.9 - result! These last few pounds have been yo-yoing up and down for nearly a month. I really need to stay focused and get them off once and for all.

Yesterday was another day of Insanity. I've been watching loads of before and after videos on youtube for inspiration. The transformations are amazing! I'd love to be able to see some definition in my abs by the end of 60 days. I really hope I manage to stick to it this time, as I know that if I do I'll see results. I don't think I've ever sweated so much in my life as when I do these workouts!!! They are really tough, and I have to take breaks, but I always feel so good afterwards and really pleased with myself. The thing I'm finding the hardest is all the push-ups. My upper body strength is not very good, so hopefully I'll see a big improvement after the 60 days.

Back to Dukan, I'm being fairly good at the moment, although did have a cheat yesterday and ate some popcorn. I was having a 24 marathon (good old Jack Bauer!!), and my boyfriend had bought some 'Metcalfe's sea salt skinny topcorn'. It was lovely, probably the best popcorn I've had in a while, and when I checked the nutrition on the back it wasn't too bad. I've googled some more of their products and they also do a wasabi variety which I have to try at some point! Anyway, I will try to stay off the popcorn for now! Once you've cheated, it's quite hard to be super strict again, but hopefully I'll get myself back in the Dukan zone!:D

Well done on losing the 2lbs. The last 2 will be gone in no time! :)

Insanity scares me, I dont think I can do the HIIT jumps, my knees are not so good. I can do push ups fine after Shred, I dont feel the pain in my arms anymore! :) I am planning on Turbofire starting next week.

It is quite daunting, but I'm going to force myself to do it for the 60 days!! Turbofire is 90 days, it looks even more hardcore!!x

Thanks Tamara! It really helped to try on the jeans when the scales weren't moving!x

Havent tries Next jeans recently coz they're either too long or too short *sigh*.. now if you want REALLY generous sizes go to Dorothy Perkins or BHS!

I still struggle with a few shops for size 10s although have got SUPER skinny jeans from Tesco in a 10 and size 8 linens from Peacocks and cropped jeans from Matalan (8 too)

As soon as the size 10's fitted, I started thinking about squeezing in a size 8. I need to make sure I don't get too obsessed with chasing numbers/sizes. Losing weight can be addictive. It's crazy how much sizes can vary though, it should be uniform!

Ive never had the body for jeans, i dont find them comfortable at all. I will wear them in the day at work or out for an evening but they never "Fit" the way I want them to. The problem ive got is the 10 inch difference between my waist and hips and have unusually fat thighs for someone of my build :(

Just wondering where everyone is getting their insanity or turbofire from? I keep looking at these but really can't afford it! Is there a cheaper site i haven't come across? They're even going for high prices second hand on ebay now!

They are quite expensive everywhere, I bid for mine (Turbofire) on ebay and got it eventually for £60. I had to set an alarm for 4am I think as it was the end time to make sure noone outbid me! :D I just think of it as my treat for losing the weight. Since I am not buying clothes as I intend to lose more, I justify it that way. The Shred DVD is cheap and its a good one, got mine for about £6.
