Sparkles37 - Ideally I should of taken them when I first started as well, but I didn't think. I was doing it last time around I've got an album on my facebook that also tracks the diet progress so I have shamed myself to my entire friend list. Lol. Typical losses each week for me are 1-2lbs with no exercise. If I am out walking every day I can lose up to 3lbs. I'm happy with that though as I will be able to keep it off for longer
Weigh day tomorrow for me. I'm feeling quite hopeful. Did my measurements tonight cos my mum won't be here tomorrow when I need them doing.
Happy to report I have lost:
0.5 inches off each arm
1.5 inches from my hips
1 inch from my chest
0.5 each thigh.
The rest remain the same Good luck. x
