Panda's Slimming World.

B - 3 rashes of bacon, no fat, 1 tomato, 2 mushrooms, 60g of bread (HEB) and 1tbsp of ketchup - 2syns? 1 350ml glass of sugar free squash.
L - Tuna pasta with chopped tomatoes and chilli.
D - Nando's - Flame grilled butterfly chicken3.5syns with corn on the cob and spicy veg rice. 2.5syns
Sauce is 1 syn per tbsp so I'll ask for it on the side.
S - 1 banana, 1 pink lady apple, 350ml of water. 3 mini light babybell (HEA) and 2 slices of ham.

I'm so angry :( I asked for the 13th of July off for my godson's 1 year birthday party which I'm organising and now I can't even go because she hasn't given me the day off, but however she's scedualled another Receptionist in as well... Ahhhh.
 
So you can't have the day but another receptionist is being brought in to work as well as you? That makes perfect sense. Not.
 
It suggests we're going to be busy OR she's a bar staff member instead. She's getting bar shifts a lot lately but doing so has tied her up meaning I've got practically 2 people to ask, one being another manager who most likely is working Saturday night and one who's moved off Reception to bar as she hated reception and has never said yes to covering anyone :/ So I'm stuck. When Daniel gets home I'm going to discuss with him the possibly of quitting, surviving on his wage until I find another job, it's only 2 weeks until I find out about Co-op, I can drop a CV in to Burger King tonight who said they wanted me a while ago but with moving I completely forgot about it. We'll see... I've applied for 2 jobs online just now.
 
Daniels told me to tell her I wont be working it and if she sacks me, just accept it and leave, itll be their loss... its working up the courage to talk to her now.
 
Not been brilliant the past 2 days, went over syns yesterday eating high cal chocolate, although was only 6 squares, and over today by having starbucks and a normal fanta - 6 syns for a bottle.

Back on track tomorrow & hope I don't have a gain this week but it's looking likely, my scales are saying 1lb.

A friend has said she'll cover Saturday for me, I asked the boss responsible for the hours and she returned my 'protacol' by saying 'I hope you understand this is my day off... thank you'. It's all well and good but she yells at the other managers for sorting out the hour problems we have at work and says it's her job, then she expects to be left alone when off work even though my mate runs her own shop and needs to make sure she has cover for her not being there on Saturday and is doing me a massive favour >.<

Anyways, Anna asked the big manager and he sees no reason why it's not okay so she's going to turn up on Saturday and I will be in Leek celebrating Izaak's first birthday. End of...

Walked Alfie for the first time in about 2 months today, noticed he's developed a bump on his back again but he still remembers me as, when we used to walk him as a couple, Daniel would park at the corner and we'd walk from Alfies house to the car and he's get excited for treats, he got excited but there was no car and this confused him lol. Veryyy hot today.


Food if I can remember for the past two days.

Saturday - 2 hi fi light bars (heb) banana.
Tuna pasta, sunbites - 6syns, apple, banana.
Grill up with actifry chips (oil 2 syns), egg, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms.
3 squares of lindt new strawberry cheese cake small bar, 1.5syn each = 4.5syns, 6 squares of the new lindt caramel brownie bar (don't know syns).

Over syns by 5 maybe?

Today
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - 3 slice sandwich with philly - 2.5syns, tomoato, ham and cucumber. Banana, Melon, sunbites - 6syns.
Snack - Fanta - 6syns, Starbucks frapp - Milk HEA - 13syns.
Dinner - Cottage pie with carrot, peas.

27.5syns.
 
B - banana
L - small cheese, ham and tomato sandwich. Hea & heb used.
Went out and ate at a cafe - Beef Sandwich with salad. - 5syns for whatever gravy this used. 4syns x 2 - 8syns.
Chilly Billy lolly - 2.5syns
D - cottage pie and veg.

Syns today - 15.5syns

Ahh, I've lost my stride... I went to a farm today with my MIL and gave in to having lunch (beef sandiwch with salad) and a dessert, a calippo type lolly called Chilly Billy, Apple and Raspberry. Normal sizzed brown bread is huge syn wise when you think it's always going to be two slices for a sandwich.

Need to get my head back into gear or I'm just going to end up gaining and yoyoing.

On plan yesterday, looks like ive lost 1/2lb or maintained.

We'll see tonight, it might be gain as I still need to eat heh. I usually weigh myself naked in the morning without eating so although it's never more then a 1lb out from SW scales, usually under they're scales heh.

I do better if I work in the evening anyhow, obviously I won't be eating at work until break time and then if I'm prepared it something SW friendly. When I'm off, I'm more likely to go off plan. I've got a tesco order coming today for mainly stirfrys and salads. so almost success express week next week.
 
Feeling like cr*p today. Trying really hard but all I want to do is eat big bars of chocolate, cookies (which we don't have in) and ice cream heh. Mainly cookies though.

Weigh in is at 7pm, I've got a livinglettuce thing for the Slimmer of the week basket but I don't know if I want to stay tonight, I just feel miserable.

Tesco shop came at 3pm, I've got two melons, lots of bags of salad, fruit, stirfry stuff, the potatoes I bought aren't big enough for SW chips which is annoying, thought I'd made a really good buy £1 for jersey royals, turns out their new potatoes >.<

Today

B - nothing
L - Bacon sandwich (bread moldy so used the sandwich thins) - 5 syns.

Thursday was an on plan day, Friday I ate barely anything, was on plan until the evening when I had chicken wraps (so the wraps not on plan) and a brothers cider (I went to my friends to help her with my Godsons 1st birthday). The chicken was fried in a small amount of oil and served with rice but I only had one or two mouthfuls of the rice.

Today i've had a mixture of cake, sausage rolls, little sandwiches and cocktail sausages. Back on plan tomorrow and I haven't got anything planned to make me struggle so should hopefully get fully on track again to getting my next half a stone off. Hopefully I haven't gained from my sort of week off plan (4 days from last week and 2 this week) Well 2 without over eating.

The party went well, exhausting, my back is very burnt from Thursday sunburning and it's hurting a lot :(
 
I feel odd like ive given up when I know I havent. Is this guilt of doing so badly the past week?
 
Hey, done my Sunday shift, ended up with a horrible head ache however I sold near 30 FD which is an up-sell I exceed at.

Today on plan
B - none
L - Rice Time Medium curry - 8.5syns <--- shocked as the chilli is only 2.5syns! Grapes, Heinz Farleys biscuit - 3syns. (finishing up a party bag left in my handbag lol) - Slush puppy --> 5syns according to MFP cals... Really angry with how high these things are in syns, the slush helped stop my migraine for a little while so made sense.
D - Pork chilli stirfry with actifry chips and 1tbsp of light mayo 2- syns.

18syns :/
Really not sure how I'm going to weigh on Wednesday.. need to start from scratch by the looks of it and syn everything before I have it.

Going to be really productive today. So far I've changed the bed, scrubbed the bathroom, put a wash on, brought the washing in from the line. I'm paranoid by all the clutter because I went to go to bed last night, was about to mount the stairs and there was a huge (I kid you not) orange size spider sitting waiting for me!!! Daniel threw it outside in the street (not the garden, the street) hahaha left it's leg behind though, poor thing but how dare it freak me out.

I've just ordered a spider catcher from Kleenzee and a mini chopper (it's not as big as the bowl ones) seems you just put it over a sliced fruit or veg and it cuts it into cubes/pieces. :) Going to make cooking so much easier hopefully.

Going to log everything I eat as well before it goes in my mouth lol.


Breakfast - 35g of Shredded Wheat Fruitful Bites (HEB) with milk (some of my HEA, 250ml of Semi Skimmed Milk), Doughnut peach, orange.
Lunch - Tomato mugshot - 1syn, tuna salad - Lettuce, red pepper, 2 tomatoes, half a cucumber and 1tbsp of light mayo - 2syns.
Dinner -

Snacks - Hoops and Crosses - 4syns, mini bag of skittles - 3.5syns.
3syns for 2 ryvitas and 3.5syns for half fat cheese. = 6.5syns

Syns = 17syns - Eugh, I forgot I had my HEB in the morning and thought the ryvitas would be my HEB.

Ohhh man, thats what its going to look like on the order lol! Wonder how many syns a spider is lol.

I'm going through the party photos, and I look huge in a lot of them :/
 
Haha, i did giggle when i read it cos thats what it sounded like...hmm may be free, might be good source of protein.

I always take a stupid amount of photos anywhere haha
 
Lol think you read that wrong, I do take lots of photos though, i'll post some of my favourites on here right now and i'll show you the photo I look huge in. Daniel said it's an unflattering pose and I don't look near as big as it shows me as.
