Pesty's Diary: Losing the baby bulge

Lol, well something in the cider makes you go, just need to do a bit more digging!!!

Afternoon Pesty - not caught up with the past 4 weeks worth of your diary but I'll try to over the next few days.
In the meantime hope you are okay. How's the pooh fairy?

drinking cider sounds like good medicine to me!

not the best for the syns count - but its a means to an end so to speak! x

Well... Movicol is very good!!!

I wasnt too impressed as my Dr told me to buy it OTC as it would be cheaper, it wasnt, ended up having to wait an hour as only the pharmacist could sell it to me and then it was £5 dearer!!!!

Anyways... Im feeling loads better today, like I was a balloon and now feel like i have been popped with a pin. Im really hoping for a loss tonight but just being confortable is amazing.

Oh, and just to give you an idea of the bloat... my brand new trousers in the smaller size, now fall down over my hips...

xxxx

glad you have the 'issue' sorted out babe. horrible thing not being able to go to the toilet, the carrying round feeling is yuk.

Good luck for weigh in x

Thanks lovie, I just cant believe ive been living with it for so long!!! I went to the doctors about 4 years ago and they said it was just poor diet (even though i was on SW) and that there was nothing anyone could do and i just had to drink more water.

I can actually look in the mirror and see 'fat' rather than just 'bloat' - I cant actually believe what a relief it is!!! xxx

Glad the bloat has gone chica. What does the doc reckon long term though?
If this has been going on for 4 years is there nothing he can suggest to help stop the blocking up?

Currently im being told to use movicol for 2 months to get my body use to going on a daily basis. They then want me to stop taking it and 'see how i get on', if i go back to being constipated i need to go back to them.

Not much info really but im just happy im sorted for now :) xxx

I used to get very bunged up - often only went once or twice a week. But used to also get bouts of bad squits as well. They kept telling me it was IBS.
But miraculouly it all went away when I had my hysterectomy. My gynae said it was all linked and probably not IBS at all!
Do you have gynae problems as well?
