Thanks all. So nice to have a loss after 1 gain and 1 STS. It's OHs bday weekend with meals out and drinks this weekend, not sure how I'm going to do it but hoping for another loss this week!! Xxx

Petsy - when I want to enjoy myself but try and stick roughly to plan I go for . . .
Food - steak and salad
Drinks - white wine spritzers or Vodka and Diet Coke.
Would this work for you? You can still enjoy yourself but limit the damage.
 
Woop woop on the fab 2.2lb loss! This weekend (well from Thurs onwards.... oh dear) will also be challenging for me as lots of meals / nights out planned. Still hoping for a loss though, ha.

Hi Chica - hope you are ok.

After some long hard thinking I have decided that I am cutting right back on Minis.
I am spending far too much time on here and Mr Poms is getting annoyed with me for ignoring him all the time.
I may be back at some point in the future - who knows? But I'm saying adios for now.
Good luck chica and hope all goes well.
 
Reporting a deserved gain this week. 1.6lbs. Feel bloated and blurgh!

Can't wait to get back on plan with all goodness. Shopping done and all healthy veg ready to be consumed. Doesn't help that it's my fun week of the month!!!

I feel so bloated and horrible so im hoping that it wont be as hard as usual!!

All good stuff with me today, WM toast for brekkie, quavers, banana, muller light and satsuma for a snack, so its just making sure im good when i get home. Chicken, pork and beef in the fridge and plenty of veg in the trolley so im sure i can think of something good - and enough syns to use a colmans sachet if needed!!

So far so good but I'm struggling. REALLY struggling. It's TOTM and I want chocolate.

So far today:
B - WM toast (B) marmite
S - banana, French fries (4.5), muller light
L - cheese and broc pasta n sauce
D - pork, SW chips, mushrooms, egg, beans
Drinks - tea (A), sf lemonade, vodka (2.5)

So total syns 7 and not enough super free

I might have a WW hot choc soon maybe that'll help the cravings. Either that or work out how many syns in:
A) munchies icecream lolly
B) Terry's chocolate orange segments
 
Yay!! Go you Jess! :D Know how you feel though, I just can not resist chocolate during totm & a small amount is never enough.

Working in London today and in and out of meetings all day so not sure how easy today will be.

Bought a packed lunch and avoided meeting a friend for lunch instead its drinks which is good.

Thanks for checking in. Yep busy as always and it's only going to get busier. Recruiting in my team at the moment and there's lots of work on my desk in the tween time of people leaving and joining!!

Just got in and had some dinner, really looking forward to my hot chocolate and then realised its at work :-(

So I'm sitting here sulking eating a muller light!

Today
B - banana
S - quavers (4.5), orange
L - wm sandwich (B), chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo (2)
D - chicken, potatoes, onion, mushroom, leek, carrot, yellow pepper, cheese (part A)
Drink - tea (part A), sf lemonade
Syns - 6.5

Enough super free today but 'A' choice needed to be measured, I'm definitely under but not the point!

So... What to do with the remaining syns?!

Chocolate craving is going mental arrrrrrrgghhhh!!!
