D: 1 chicken breast - large stir fry (frozen veggies, fresh courgette, carrot, peppers and chilli and ginger) 70g wild rice
S: 3L water, 1 d coke, 2 coffee, 2 tea
E: 30 min jog, 310 cals 4.28km
This snow is horrific but not getting in the way of my new year excercise!
