Well done thats another good week x

Yeah didn't have much faith this week as I was out on sat night and although I had vodka and diet coke and I didn't eat after I was sick all day Sunday..so went two days without eating (as had been on nights) felt bloated and off all week....here's to a week of 100% though.x.
 
I did that last Saturday lol was out on Friday night and was really sick so ate nothing at all on Saturday. Good luck for the week ahead x
 
Empty head here has forgotten to register WI's :eek: 2lbs off for me this week (but I had a gain of 1lb last week)

Ok so I have been totally slacking so much for the past couple of weeks, i'm even embarrassed to be posting on here right now. I have stopped going to Slimming World meetings in favour of joining a gym instead. I can't afford to do both and at least I know I can manage SW by myself as I have done it before and lost 2st in the past. If I don't make good progress for the next 3 months then I will go back to SW meetings. For now I'm just going to have to rely on this thread and get Inspiration from all the losses. I have started afresh today and will update my weight on Monday next week. The good thing is I have only gone up another pound plus the pound I gained a couple of weeks ago so hoping to lose the 2 plus 1 just for good measure :D. Texty, please update my gain. Many thanks.

Sorry texty f, I have lost 1.5lbs last week (posted a few days ago) don't worry about amending it before Sunday but I would be grateful if you could add it in with my weigh in this week.

I think most of it it water retention as my rings are tight instead of swizzling round x
 
Its nothing if you say it quick lol. Seriously you can do it, theres no race and if it comes off at a slower pace the better it will be to keep it off. My loss is slow and steady. Its my 1yr SW anniversary next week :)
