Posting this earlier than normal as off round nephews to give him his 18th gift and card. Will be avoiding the tea spread - had some food just now to curb any hunger when there. Got some ready for my return back home too, won't be too late!
Weigh in tomorrow and Diabetic Review (inc Dr Weigh in) Thursday so got to stay on track!
 
Monday 27th July 2009

Had Corned Beef Hash for dinner, Ham Salad for tea BUT............. in evening felt a 'sod it' attitude and so indulged in about 4 x 15g mini bars Green & Blacks Choc and 3 bags Skips OVER my syns allowance!

TUT TUT !!!!

The chocs were in total 14 syns as 3.5 each AND the skips were 13.5 syns as 4.5 each.

Not as bad as could have been !!

Saturday 8th August 2009 - RED

Started SOOOOOOO well then on trip out - after eating my SW friendly picnic - Ice Creams were bought from a van and I opted for a double whippy with flake. THEN in cafe a bit later I opted for a choc milkshake kinda slush puppie but after 1/3 swapped it for daughters pepsi (hadn't realised it was full sugar version!). On way home - we're celebrating coming home with change (for a change) and end up in Chippy - I have Large Cod & Chips !!!!

OOPS !!!

Never mind - tomorrow is another day
