It makes sense that if you divide it by 4, it lowers the points values, doesn't make it seem so bad lol x

If you click on honey and then scroll up the spoon side you've missed the first tablespoon mark and gone straight to the second

Yep I'm in the UK. I went back into the app and I chose the first tablespoon size but scrolling down there is another one at the bottom which shows 3 tbsp as 5pp. The one at 11pp is 45g the 5pp one is 20g. No wonder mistakes can be made with misleading info. I still don't get 4pp like you do. Confusing :-s
Anyway, you've highlighted a little glitch for me as I just always look for tblsp & didn't realise there may be 2 options x

Made 2 of these size dishes for 4 people, works out 11pp each & i'll b serving this with BNS chips & salad.


200g xtra lean mince 12pp
Jar white dolmio sauce. 14pp
Peppers, onions, mushroom, garlic,chilli
2 tins chopped toms
Tomato puree
2 bovril cubes
100g pasta sheets 9pp
80g ww cheese. 8pp
