Pork, dry roast potatoes, vegetables - was 14pp but I didn't eat the peas so it was 12!!! Yummy yummy

Sirloin steak, homemade twice fried chips, blue cheese baked mushrooms and salad - 20 PP (Eeek! But it was an end of week treat and had weekly points left for it)

Put on lid and simmer lightly for 15 minutes, then add frozen peas and frozen prawns (60g is 1PP) and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
It would also be nice with peppers but OH detests them and you could add quorn or chicken instead of or as well as the prawns, adjusting the points accordingly.
