No problem - I put 60g of pasta (6 PP) into boiling water, takes about 12 minutes till soft. While that is cooking I sliced a couple of spring onions and sweated off in frylight for a couple of minutes just to take the harshness out of them. When pasta was cooked, drain and add sweated spring onions, couple of handfuls of spinach, 30g smoked salmon trimmings (1 PP) 1 tbsp WW creme fraise (1 PP) lemon zest and 10g of grated parmasan (1 PP) mix together to wilt spinach and serve.
The garlic bread was half a warburton square wrap rubbed with crushed garlic, 1 butter bud sachet shaken off and then squirted with a couple of sprays of butter frylight and then put in tin foil in the oven for 10 minutes. Half a wrap is 2 PP.
