Joes poem sausagemeat made into meatballs with tomato/veg packed sauce on pasta = syn free bliss! I added parmesan after this for 1.5 syns! Nom!

For tea, I had chicken burger, slimming world chips and salad.

Followed by cinnamon swirls (4 syns without sultana, 4.5 with)

Hi!

I spatchcocked the chicken and put it in a roasting tin and just used the nandos hot marinade I can't remember exactly but it's like 4 syns for a 6th of the jar which is what I used for the whole chicken it was a little one from tesco cost 2.33 so we had half each!
I cut slits into the breast and legs and brushed the meat with the sauce covered it with foil and cooked for 45 mins the took the foil off and cooked for another 15 mins!
It was lovely!

The rice was one of the Ainsley world kitchen it was the SZECHUAN STYLE RICE it was lovely just added extra chilli powder!

I love, and so does my family the Nando's marinade, and use either the medium or the hot at least once a week on half a chicken each!

The hot rub is also good and is 4 syns for the whole sachet.

The rub is very good, and the sachet will do the equivalent of about three halfs of chicken, and just needs to be rubbed into the skin, so, really you can make it go further.
