Courgette is really good to add in to most meals cause it just takes on the flavours of everything else :) perfect way to boost superfree!

Tonight's dinner - chickpea and mushroom korma :) The korma sauce was from the new SW sauce book. Really tasty, could have done with a spot less salt but other than that it was a lovely creamy curry for only 2 syns :)

You can use it as a HEXA - 60g which is just a tiny bit under half a tub :) Or 2.5 syns for 25g.

The chilli and pepper one is amazing heated up - tastes just like nacho cheese sauce!

Ooh can't wait to try this I love cheese based sauces might try making a lasagne using this as an alternative white sauce.

'Chilli and nachos' - syn free (I was naughty and didn't syn the lasagne crisps as I only had two sheets worth and used them as my carbs so feel it's justifiable?)

Super yummy!

How do you make the nachos?

How do you make the nachos?

Get lasagne sheets and place in boiling water until they soften slightly. Cut the sheets into squares and place on a baking tray, then cover in frylight and seasoning. Bake for about 20 mins until crispy :) xx

Rhubard and Custard Roughly 4.5 Syns (If milk is healthy option A)

Birds Custard Powder 25g 4.5 Syns

Low Calorie Sweetener Granulated

150ml of milk (either some of your healthy extra a or 2.5 syns if semi skimmed)

100ml water

Rhubard Mullerlight Yoghurt

Now according to the Slimming World website birds custard powder for 25g is 4.5 Syns. Since milk can be a healthy option A and you can substitute real sugar for sweetener it makes more sense to save syns. On the container it says to make a pint of custard you need 35g of custard powder. I dont need a whole pint of custard just for a pudding for me so I have halved it. I haven't yet made this yet but will be doing this evening. I imagine it will be very thick custard only using 250ml of liquid but I like it like that. Anyway make your custard up however you like it and let it cool on the side until its cold. Then get a mullerlight rhubarb and a dessert dish. I think a glass sundae dish would work best. Start layering up the custard and the yoghurt. You may need to open an extra pot of rhubarb just for the top it all depends on your taste.

I personally think I needed a bigger glass because there was custard left over and the ratio of custard to yoghurt was too low. Id rather taste more custard than rhubarb as it has a stronger almost tart flavour.

image.jpg This is my tea of colcullen (I have also added leeks for more sf) pork sizzle steaks and carrots with beans, can someone tell me if this looks ok as I am new to EE, thankyou x

Looks good to me, if there's some kind of veg in that mash stuff (is that the colcullen? No idea what that is haha) then that looks like a 1/3 superfree :)

Lol yer it is (I spelt it wrong!) it's meant to be colcannon stupid iPad :) and thankyou for checking it out x
