Today's lunch - bulgur wheat and a bit of cous cous with red peppers, tomatoes, a sliced Quorn lamb grill, HexA of feta and a youghurt and mint dressing. Absolutely lovely, filling and syn free.
Takes about 3 seconds and feels soo naughty! I don't know why ones from the supermarket/deli are so fattening when you think how low fat and tasty this is!
