Here's what I had today

Jerusalem artichoke soup for lunch

And dinner was firecracker salmon with sweet potato fries and grilled pepper salad

The mini quiches look gorgeous...almost look like mini pizzas. Will have to give them a try.

Also love the Salmon with Sweet potatoes and salad.

slimming world chips, 3 egg scrambled egg and beans. free on ee (splash of milk from hea for scrambled egg) chips cooked in the acti fry.

syn free (ee) cottage pie. recipe from extra easy cookbook

syn free (ee) breakfast. everything fried using fry light. potato chunks done in the acti fry.

syn free (ee) keema curry and boiled rice. recipe from the ee cookbook

syn free (ee) stir fried rice and veggies. my own recipe of mixed veggies and chicken made a marinade with worcester sauce garlic powder and light soy sauce

it was all delish, the actifry is a great invention a little exspensive but i think worth it because you can cook other things in it too. i do roasties, chips, wedges, roast veggies. the chips are done in 20-25 mins and you dont need to boil first. and it came with a recipe book which i havent tried yet.
