My tea tonight......
Green day-JKT spud, tiger prawns (HEXB), Light thousend island dressing 1 syn, Salad has 1 syn of Light balsamic dressing and the JKT spud has 1 butter bud (.5 syn)thats what the powder is on the spud

is that butter bud good,does it taste like butter.bought some 2day but a bit wary of trying it.and is it half a syn a packet

my dinner this evening Quorn lasagne, SW chips and beans.

Here's what I had today! For lunch I had leftover noodles from last night, wasn't much so I bulked it up with a fried egg and a bag of spinach.

And dinner was a chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, basil and sundried tomatoes, wrapped in parma ham. Served with roasted mediterranean vegetables and corn

Thai Spiced Salmon Filo Parcel, which I had for dinner tonight, with roasted new potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was so tasty wrapped in the filo pastry.

its as easy as pie u put the mix in a bowl add water mix and kneed for about 10 mins then put in a loaf tin and leave in warm place for 2 hours it doubles in size stick in oven easy

Just a bog standard, Pork Loin Chop with a Mustard Gravy. Was yummy though
