hi, i wonder if anybody can help me with this one. how many points would i have to eat if i wanted to maintain weight after CD? I'm 5'7 and will probably get down to 10st by the end of the re-feed.
I wanted to do a bit of weight watchers right after CD so that I don't get fat again:D

Weight watchers kinda say you have to lose 5lbs with them, so I'm not sure what the rules are with maintaining.
I left CD when I had a stone to go. :)

I had a piece of pizza this lunchtime (pepperoni). 1 8th of a large one (14" i suppose). I am not a big pizza fan and only ate it because there was nothing else for lunch but I have no idea how to point it. I guessed 6 but not sure if that is anywhere near right? Anyone else into their pizzas?

It was chicago town take away pizza. I just hunted for the box to work it out but DH has thrown it and I am not desperate enough to search the bin lol!
 
OMG! I have no idea how many grams I had? Thanks Anyway Karen. I guess i better find out how many grams the whole pizza is and divide by 8 ://// oops!
 
The best I can find is 1.5 points per 30g which would make it the same as any other bread (makes sense I guess).

Can you tell I'm a bit bored this evening? ;)
 
Right, I am in panic mode! I had a crazy weekend last weekend with the birthdays and christening and now I just realised that I have anight out with the girls on saturday too! I am already expecting a STS or a gain on Monday but at least I had all this week to limit the damage. Now I have this meal on Saturday and I am petrified it is going to undo my good work. Whilst a lb gain would not kill me more than that would!

So the place we go to have a very limited meal selection. Could anyone give me some advice on rough points :/

Starter (which i will skip if everyone else does):
Melon with sugar:
Melon without sugar:

Main:
Small- quarter of chicken in the rough (skin) with small chips
Normal - half a chicken in the rough (skin) with normal chips

Desert - I am hoping I will be too full but what would be the best option?
Icecream? Banana split? Definitely not the mississippi mud pie which I would normally have. oopps

I hate the run up to Christmas......

What about drinks? I am normally a wine person and I can limit it to two but would it be better on something else? Probably not my normal tipple of Baileys lol

I know I went to the Toby Carvery and had ice cream. It was nothing fancy and was 7 points.
Is there an alternative to chips? Jacket potato or salad?

Menu looks lovely. What about the chicken with salad? Or prawn salad but it might come with the marie rose sauce. Can you not have something like diet coke and save points?
