Watched one born every minute and have been crying my eyes out! Just so overwhelmed and happy to be pregnant and having a little girl.
Feeling like I want to get sorted with hospital bag and stuff - payday next week so will start then. Also want to buy Moses basket and car seat this month. 28 + 2 it's about time we start to get sorted!

You're braver than me, can't bring myself to watch any baby related telly. I'll end up crying a bit too much!
It's a good time to start getting sorted, definitely.
It's about when we started getting things in ernest, I was too scared to start much earlier! It comes together quickly though and babies don't need that much really. The hospital bag was the hardest bit tbh, I feel like I daren't open mine now it's done! Practically had a nervous breakdown over it lol, found it so hard not to overpack xxx

It's a good time to start getting sorted, definitely.
It was a catch up show so just a short clip of the birth and then seeing where the family's are now.
Got to say the hospital bag does look a little overwhelming there is so much that needs to go in to it! Xx

It's lots of little things and me being me, I was so paranoid about missing something. I'm all about just in case so I compulsively overpack :/ Had to leave out a few things I wanted to take and now have a back up bag in case I end up there a bit longer! xxx
Hello can I join you all ladies? :sign0144:I found out on monday after our second cycle of ivf that I am 4 weeks pregnant :bliss: Am still shocked as we were so sure it hadn't worked. I am eating everything in sight & seem to have a thing for cheese toasties. We have a scan next week to check everything is ok. Fingers crossed it will be. Just wanted to say Hi

I'm 37 weeks now but I remember being so hungry when I was first pregnant, it was crazy how much I could eat! Was obsessed with toast, cheese and anything salty

Thanks I am really nervous as not only cos we had 2 embryos transferred back in so there maybe more than one on there but I am high risk of ectopic pregnancy so am worried they maybe in the wrong place so am having an early scan at 6 weeks. It all seem so unreal still. I have a friend who had 6 cycles of ivf and non worked I'm really dreading telling her I am pregnant as I think it will ruin our friend ship ?. I honestly don't know how I am going to tell her

I'm not surprised it seems unreal, after all that it must be amazing to finally be here! I fell pregnant while we were waiting for IVF and that was weird enough so I can't imagine how it must feel for you.
I dunno what to say with your friend, what a tricky situation. I'm sure she would be happy for you though, given that you've been through a similar experience? At least on some level anyway but it's such a difficult one.
I know it sounds stupid and impossible but try not to worry! Keep calm, enjoy your toasties and fingers crossed for one or maybe two healthy little beanies for you. xxx

Happy Birthday Dougal1983 you look like you've had a fab day. Thanks Danni86. My friend is so bitter & her husband is too. I do understand why. I didn't realise strongly they felt till when we started the first cycle & we told them as we thought it would be a good support but the atmosphere changed. It was all very awkward. While we were waiting for the results of the first one we had a chat & realised how difficult she has found it & negative she feels about it. She kept asking me about meeting up after the first cycle failed & I had to keep delaying her as was in the second cycle. She kept pushing so in the end I told her that we were having a second cycle which was maybe a bad idea. I am going to have to tell her at some point. When I mention to the husband he says I should get rid of her as a friend which isn't helpful (sort of male advice!) Its really playing on my mind. If I do tell her do I tell her by text/email or phone or face to face? I am really worrying about it as I know she has been on holiday & is now back so any day now I am expecting the "hows it going text". Sorry for the long moan but I really don't know what to do
