Susie I have yet another question lol x I've that after your milk dries up x the docs can prescribe something to help it come back in is this true? Xx

Well yes in theory, think it's called domperidone. Won't work on its own though, you need the stimulation of the sucking too.
There are other things you can do/take as well that can help, think fenugreek is supposed to help as well and oats too.

I really regret stopping feeding Emily x she's been so unhappy today snuggled up on my chest and she keeps trying to suck at my skin x made me feel like she liked being breastfed xx

You could and see what they say. I don't think it's very easy to get it back but worth trying if you want to. Even if you got a bit back you could combination feed I guess?

She's 7 weeks x but she's still poorly she's worse today x so she's grumpy and clingy x I took her shopping today x so til Tuesday were gonna keep warm and cosy to get her better xx

Might be a growth spurt then, usually have one between 6-8weeks, plus if she feels a bit unwell that won't help.
I would enjoy your chilled day off tomorrow.

She's so content and isn't too bothered about being picked up anymore ! So part of me is enjoying her being poorly x love it when she snuggles her little face up to me x she must be getting herself better x I fed her at 6 last night x then bath at 8 bed at 9 and she woke at 1.30 for her next feed

She is good thanks, had her weighed the other day, 17lb 6oz and don't know it! She's such a lump!
She generally sleeps through from 11-7 which is great but I need more sleep than that so am feeling tired today, I think it's catching up with me! Plus the half five wake up call the other day...
Think we will have a chilled day today!

Ahh bless her x how old is she now? Emily hurts my back when I spend an hour trying to settle her lol x she de idea to throw up all over me and ny side of the bed at 6 this morning xso her n daddy stayed in bed til 10 and I got up n cleaned the house and did the washing and ironing!! Lol x

How old is Abbie? (I might have missed that one!) and when did both yr babies start sleeping through? Do they just shock u one day and not wake up for a feed??
Stevie is 5 weeks old and he has a feed somewhere between 10-11pm then in the region of 1am...then somewhere between 3-4am...then he wakes up ring noisy before 6am but isn't hungry...his eyes are closed but he is too noisy for me to sleep! He might have a little bit of milk at 6am followed by a proper feed at 8am, 10am, 12-1pm... And so on.
I can't get him to eat proper bottles in the morning, he should be eating 5 oz for his weight, but will often eat 2-3oz and then another 2-3oz 2 hrs later! I feel like I'm constantly feeding him (these are bottles btw as breast feeding didn't work out with me being ill) xx

Emily doesn't sleep through .. But last night she managed to go from 6pm to 1.30am without a feed! X she's only 7 weeks so I'm not expecting too much x she has 5oz bottles every 4-8 hours depending on time of day n if she wants it x

he was weighed last Wednesday at 11lbs 5oz (might have been 4 oz actually but what's 1oz?! Lol)
The health visitor even said 'still feeding on demand' then suggested I tried to leave him when he is hungry for half hour or so ...but it's too hard cos I know he is hungry and unhappy till the bottle is out!!
If we go out in the car he can go 4-5hours but once he wakes then he screams!! So we have to pull over for me to feed him if we r still in the car! X

Ahh bless Emily was just over 10lb4oz last week x what was stevie born? I'm going to give Emily 6oz bottles this week x she will cry if u take the bottle off her before its empty!! They just know!! X she's quite good though x was only 2 or 3 weeks til she stopped wanting a feed every 2 hours xx

He was 8lbs 15oz when born, has always been a good eater! I shouldn't complain cos for those who's babies don't want to ever eat it must be a worry!!
The prob Stevie ha is falling asleep when eating and I can't wake him enough for him to eat more...so he is having between 5-6oz bottles every 4-6 hours but having them in 2-3 attempts! I wouldn't mind if they were 10-15 Ming burping gaps but it's 1-2 hour gaps!! Lol. Men eh?! Awkward from day1!! Lol ;-) xx

Wouldn't worry about the bottles for Stevie, just feed him when he's hungry and he will sort himself on his own! How are you feeding him? Do you wrap him? Might be a bit warm for him hence he falls asleep?

No we don't wrap him - sometimes he is held and sometimes we rest him on a cushion so we can make eye contact - doesn't mean he isn't too warm so I will watch it!
U are lucky for breast fed baby - I have a friend who is breast feeding and is up all the time during the night! Xx

Hahaha x oh my hubby's useless! He's an electrician and he didn't know u can melt things in the tumble dryer .. My poor mattress protector!! I can't stop laughing at him!! Xx
