Pretty little blue Pill!!!- the fight to the end!!!!!

I know.... This week is going to be a lot better.

just about to go to Sainsbury and get lots of strawberry and kiwi sparkling water. And make sure i drink 3 litres of that each day over the weekend. Then in the shop order ive order loads of fruit, and salad bits.

i will lose my pound this week!!! (only set myself a pound this week because of racing this weekend)

but what i really want is to smash it!!!!

Ok ive got enough sparkling water to knock a buggy over ( quite literally i had to hold the buggy up coz it was so full lol)

chicken, salad and some boiled eggs cooling for my lunch, and made the kids omlette with tomates so if i do eat their food (usually eat any left in the pots!!!) its all sw friendly

Well my eyes are def bigger than the belly... Too full and couldn't eat all of my lunch. Which hopefully will mean not snacking but if I do I have fruits and a yoghurt
 
i cant sleep,.... Im so tired but i cant sleep, i needed a wee really badly and put it off for soooo long as not to wake everyone in the camper, but it got to the point of being painful so i had to get up. And now i cant sleep... My Achilles are killing me.. I do just want to cry!!!!

i decided it was a lot easier to not count syns this weekend, but be sensible, and not eat loads of crap. So yesterday i had a 1 egg scramble and dome bacon, lunch was a bowl of pasta (the sauce is sw friendly but not sure how many syns) salad bits and chicken. then there was dinner which i had pretty much the same as lunch, then had a sausage and half a pork thing... There was brownie ,and shortbread in there too.

not really had my hex b, but had some cheese yesterday so that was my hex a....
i think today will virtually be the same, but with roast dinner tonight.
 
Hope you got some sleep in the end! Sounds like the food isn't going badly at all,must be really hard when you're away so well done you. x

its been a tireing few days, and I'm shattered!!!

currently sat here at work waiting for everyone to wake up, including my boss..... Came in and there was no sound to be heard.. So sat down on the sofa and thought I'd jump on here

weight this morning
11th June: 13 stone 9.6lbs
so not so bad. (it was in the 10lbs yesterday, so I did put on a bit over the weekend.)

its still up a pound from last week.. So I am hoping I can drop a little more over night and manage a sts at weigh in,tomorrow night.

the little girl I look after was really poorly yesterday, took her to the dr's and she has a chest infection, conjunctivitis, and tonsillitis. Poor little thing. But she is on antibiotics now and I'm sure she will start to feel better now that she has had a few doses.

just hope that she wakes up in a good mood. And the day will go just fine lol...

food today, I have planed, smoked salmon on whole meal bread, pasta (I think) for dinner, and a who knows for lunch... Might have pasta for lunch and then have salad for dinner, as I have pasta here at work but no salad...
hmmmm really need to plan ahead a little more I think.
 
Aw poor little one, am guessing if they were all still asleep they had a bad night with her... Lots of water today to flush that naughty pound away x

Well yesterday was supposed to be fairly chilled and relaxed... Errrr No... Edited photos and housework in the morning ( non stop and forgot where I was half the time!!!) then into job #2 (@the leisure centre) 4 hours there, then physio at 4:30pm, then home hang washing out and put new load in, over to th in laws and see my husband who was having dinner there coz his mum asked him over before going to work on the race car, then pilates at 6pm till 7pm.... Completely forgot fruit for the bowl so had to stop off at m&s got a punnet of strawberries for group and some grapes for me , to group for 7:30pm, dreading it because the scales yesterday said 13stone 9.8lbs which is just over 1lb up on last weeks weigh in... Shocked when I saw 1.5lbs lost and hob smacked that I had done it. On a race weekend I had lost (although I,did put on a couple over the weekend, it had gone by Wednesday) ate some grapes during class and pasta at 9:30pm last night. (think I put a few too many chilli flakes into my sauce lol) realized that I had my exercise trousers on rather than my jeans (always weigh in jeans) so I think that might have counted for some of my weight loss!!!!!

feet up and in bed by midnight... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

today the scales are up even more (assuming its the pasta I had at 9:30pm last night.).. Sooooo todays weight is....
13th June 2013- 13 stone 10.6lbs.

I've set 3lbs this week to lose, so I am hoping, that is doable. I am at home this weekend with no planned trips out so I won't need to be naughty, we have hubbys parents over for fathers day lunch which I will do roast chicken for dinner and veg!!!

today I am working late, so got to come in late, however I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, so quick yoghurt and out the door..
I've just had lunch of sweet potato jacket and beans with cheese. Which I syn'd as I had 2 mini baby bels when making the kids lunch...

dinner I am planning pasta, tinned tomatoes, spinach, and sweet corn... So all super free and free foods. Yoghurt for pudding, and I am planning fruit for snack. (I have loads of grapes and strawberries.)

I'm feeling quite good this week however I don't see myself having a 3lb loss next week... But, we will give it my best shot.
 
This is also very true.... Knowing my luck I will not remember!!!!
