Well yesterday was supposed to be fairly chilled and relaxed... Errrr No... Edited photos and housework in the morning ( non stop and forgot where I was half the time!!!) then into job #2 (@the leisure centre) 4 hours there, then physio at 4:30pm, then home hang washing out and put new load in, over to th in laws and see my husband who was having dinner there coz his mum asked him over before going to work on the race car, then pilates at 6pm till 7pm.... Completely forgot fruit for the bowl so had to stop off at m&s got a punnet of strawberries for group and some grapes for me , to group for 7:30pm, dreading it because the scales yesterday said 13stone 9.8lbs which is just over 1lb up on last weeks weigh in... Shocked when I saw 1.5lbs lost and hob smacked that I had done it. On a race weekend I had lost (although I,did put on a couple over the weekend, it had gone by Wednesday) ate some grapes during class and pasta at 9:30pm last night. (think I put a few too many chilli flakes into my sauce lol) realized that I had my exercise trousers on rather than my jeans (always weigh in jeans) so I think that might have counted for some of my weight loss!!!!!

today the scales are up even more (assuming its the pasta I had at 9:30pm last night.).. Sooooo todays weight is....
13th June 2013- 13 stone 10.6lbs.
I've set 3lbs this week to lose, so I am hoping, that is doable. I am at home this weekend with no planned trips out so I won't need to be naughty, we have hubbys parents over for fathers day lunch which I will do roast chicken for dinner and veg!!!
today I am working late, so got to come in late, however I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, so quick yoghurt and out the door..
I've just had lunch of sweet potato jacket and beans with cheese. Which I syn'd as I had 2 mini baby bels when making the kids lunch...
dinner I am planning pasta, tinned tomatoes, spinach, and sweet corn... So all super free and free foods. Yoghurt for pudding, and I am planning fruit for snack. (I have loads of grapes and strawberries.)
I'm feeling quite good this week however I don't see myself having a 3lb loss next week... But, we will give it my best shot.
