Bit late in my post today....
Scales 13 stone 1.2lbs.
Today has not gone according to plan in that we went to drop off out god children's presents and ended up staying for nibbly dinner.. so an extra day off plan for me. But its Christmas and I have to cut myself some slack.
I cant believe its Christmas tomorrow... doesn't feel like it at all!

My scales aren't my friend I'm really struggling to get lower. My food choices are fine my bod just doesn't seem to want to lose any more I might go back on xen in the new year to see if it will kick start it to the 12's then I think ill have to call it a day

Oh no
You will get there. It's hard at this time of year, I would keep going as you are for now and try to make good choices when you can, then after Xmas start a fresh, the 12's will come we jus have to be patient x

Well the scales are not my friend today either...
13 stone 3.2 lbs.. so the snacky bits of bad food bumped me up.
We started off good today, got up early to make sure turkey was cooked... but then my father in law called to say he has loads of blood in his wee, and could we take him to hospital. So my mother in law and husband have taken him down to a and e to see what is the matter.
So I'm here with the grandma in law who is doing my nut in... Christmas dinner is cooked but I'm not sure if we will eat it... well today that is, as he might have to stay in over night or a couple of days.
Hope everyone is having a merry Christmas Xx

I'm stuffed.. could barely eat half of it, just about to embark on pudding.
FIL came back at about 4 so we had dinner at 5 and then did presents....
I think he is ok. Has to go to the Dr to get referral for more tests, so its a waiting game now.
I didn't put grandma in.the cupboard this year.. but there is always next year.

My Christmas present I guess you could say didn't last long.
Up today to 13 stone 6.2lbs. Which I completely expected, because that's what happens when you go from 3 shakes (and a few other bits) to eating full heavy rich and high in.calorie meals, before you have properly re-fed! But I'm back on it today, and the tablets too to try and stop me from going oh ..... it I am going to just eat rubbish and get on it again in the new year.
I'm going to fit this dress.... (coz I bet now it doesn't do up!)
I'll let you all know how I'm getting on... x
