Plan for Saturday

B'fast - fruit salad, egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes/beans, ww bread (b)

Lunch - either baked potato and salad or salad box

Dinner - pasta bake

Snack - going to friends baby shower with afternoon tea so will bring a friut platter and will probably have some cake (syns?)
 
Plan for Sunday

B'fast - magic pancakes (b) with banana, strawberries and ff yog

Lunch - apple, stir fry vegtables with chicken and some noodles (1), hifi light (3), rich tea (2), strawberries and ff yog

Dinner - salad, baked potato, beans and babybel light (a), mayo (1), dressing (0.5)

Snack - rich tea (2) 1/2 mini choc fingers (2.5)

Monday

B'fast - baked beans, scrambled egg and 1.5 pears

Lunch - salad box with hard boiled egg, ham cubes, babybel light x 3 (a) and new potatoes, apple, ff yog

Dinner - courgette, green pepper, onion and mushroom with pasta and a sauce made of a knorr herb stock pot, quark and 1 egg, sprinkle of cheese
(3)

Snack - apple, rich teax2 (4), strawberries and muller light, raw carrott, bit of banana while chopping for freezer

B'fast - kiwi x2, strawberries, banana, muller light, hifi light

Lunch - salad box - cubed ham, new pots, hard boiled egg, 2x babybel light, apple, ff yog, hifi light (b)

Dinner - chicken kofta with rice and broccoli as per this months magazine, raw carrotts

Snacks - melon, strawberries with ff fromage frais, rich tea and some animal biscuits (4)

Lunch - salad box, with ham cubes, hard boiled egg, 2xbabybel light, new pots, apple, ff yog, hifi light

Dinner - quorn, courgette, peppers, onions, aubergine mushrooms and tomatoes served with pasta and a sauce made with quark, 1 egg and cheese (3)

Snack - babybel light (a), carrott, hifi light (b), apple, 2xrich tea (4), hot choc (2.5), 2 segments pink grapefruit

B'fast - scrambled egg, 2x ww bread (b), light spead (1), pink grapefruit

Lunch - salad box - new pots, 1xbabybel (2), ham cubes, hard boiled egg, apple, ff yog,

Dinner - potatoe pie made with, courgette, onion, carrotts, mushypeas, passata, veggie sauages, mashed potatoe with milk (2), cheese (a), cabbage and sweetcorn

Snack - apple, hifi light (3), 1/2 frozen banana, muller light, crumbled rich tea (3)

B'fast - strawberries, kiwi, weetabix (b), ff yog, apple

Lunch - salad with pasta and hard boiled egg, Hifi light (3), apple, necterine and FF yog

Dinner - babybel + reduced fat cheese (a), quorn and lentil sheppherd pie with butternut squash and potato mash, carrotts, broccoli and peas, HP sauce (2)

Snack - rich tea (2), 2/3s pack of mini cadbury fingers (3.5)

Lunch - left over sheppherds pie and salad, apple, ff yog

Dinner - chicken dopiaz with tomatoes, green and red peppers from this months mag with rice and broccoli

Snack - yoghurt covered raisins (6), breakaway (5), babybel light

Lunch - left over BNS, quorn and lentil shepherds pie, muller light, apple, necterine

Dinner - chicken, new pots, carrotts, broccoli, peas, strabws, muller light

Snack - hot choc (2) 1 square dark choc (2)
