Back on the Couch to 5k running programme after a break of about 6 weeks, tut! I wish I could say it was like I'd never been away, but that would be an enormous whopper of a lie and I've started right back on day one again. Ha, note to self, give up giving up!

Morning gals, all is good in the 'hood.

Just waiting for my breakfast - chicken thighs are roasting, yum! I work from home in a Friday and it's a lovely change to relax a bit with W before he goes off to pre-school, rather than us racing out of the door together at 7:20 am which is what we do on the other four working days.

No running since Tuesday as I appear to have athlete's foot (ha, what an ironic name!). I had it once before last Summer and now it appears to be back again - same foot too, I wonder if I'll be more prone to it now? Anyway, before I 'run' again, I want it to heal a bit as it's mega itchy and yucky! Sorry if that's a bit too much information!!

Kev's off for a hernia operation tomorrow, so I'm working hard to get into Florence Nightingale mode! Patience is not my strong point and Kev is a terrible patient (well, he is a man .... ). Wish me luck, girls!!

Scales of doom also tomorrow, so wish me luck again please ....
