So actually I got a lift back from the cinema last night so only 1 additional point earned rather then 2 and had toast when I got in.

So had my 21 for the day and earned 8.5 points :D

Still enjoying it aye, it's not the big change I expected it to be but it's fine.

Anyway today the scales show a lovely 1.25lb loss!

Current weight - 9 stone, 6.75lbs :D

Now over 6.5 stones lost from my heaviest

Just putting this here more for my own reference;

I have earned and saved 16.5 this week.

Today I am at 15.5 so that is another 5.5 saved.

So total saved is 22 thus far.

I am keeping track as there will be a few beers tonight and a few tomorrow night so better to know these things!
