Right to the 'point'
Well done on your walking . I walk daily and know it has helped me loads to shead those lbs.
Oh I love Jelly too, I do the same and get every flavour. It may sound a little crazy but it really helps me to stick to my food plan if I have a treat and to me Jelly has become a loveable treat
ooops waffleing now ......... gone!
I walk about an hour a day at least simply by having to go to the train station to get to work
Jelly is the best, simply put!
