Well done on your walking :). I walk daily and know it has helped me loads to shead those lbs.

Oh I love Jelly too, I do the same and get every flavour. It may sound a little crazy but it really helps me to stick to my food plan if I have a treat and to me Jelly has become a loveable treat :D

ooops waffleing now ......... gone!

I walk about an hour a day at least simply by having to go to the train station to get to work :D

Jelly is the best, simply put! :D

Will be counting AP points again as of today so walk to work and back will get me 3.5 (my 2 normal to the train and back but going to go a walk before getting to work as my trains are connecting right on a Sunday
 
That's brilliant that u fit all that walking into ur weekend! I do enjoy walking but I have to admit I do have the car lazyitis!! I'm looking forward to the better weather will be out walking then! Did the west highland way for the 2nd time last year, such great fun! Have u walked it?

I have never walked it no, might have to put it on to the bucket list mind you :p
 
You definately should especially if you enjoy walking! The scenery is just amazing and it's such a sense of achievement!! Plus a good few wee drams along the way add to the fun - it's a real jolly!!

Is it wrong to get a big self-satisfying sh1t-eating grin on my face when I see someone in the work I know is on weight watchers waddle in at lunch with a MacDonalds tucked under their arm and a look of shame on their face?

Not wrong at all, and I think you are completely entitled to feel totally and utterly smug!! I tend to feel sorry for people because they've just not got it yet!! On the other hand though sometimes I'm a bit envious, I'm such a control freak when it comes to points and wonder what it would be like to just have a blow out now and again and get on with it without feeling uber guilty!! :sigh:

I did that, it was called Christmas/New Year! And was bloody brilliant! Think I'll make that my annual big blow out. Put on 6lb all in I think it was and really enjoyed it!

It did take me a day or 2 to get my brain to go "no, it's ok, you're under control...enjoy yourself".

Then I managed a 6 pack of ferrer rochier :D

Right, been thinking.

I can't NOT check the scales at least once a week!

So from now on what I'm gonna do is keep a spreadsheet with the date, my weight and what I ate the night before. I wont be reporting my weight anywhere unless I get concerned but I like being able to have the knowledge of what is different from one week to the next in regards to me weight.

Does that sound a little healthier or still quite OCD mad? :)

The "spreadsheet" sounds a bit OCDish but I would be the same and think it's a great idea to keep yourself on track!! U don't want to let all ur hard work go to waste!!

See spreadsheets I use all the time in work every day and I know how good that can be for tracking/keeping check etc.

I have a few I use for personal things so this is not an out of the ordinary occurrence for me :p
