Nah, I'm rarely out Fridays...been a few lately though.

Tonight is out in Glasgow with the uni lads to a dirty, dark old man pub with sh1t kareoke that makes for great banter!

I will make sure and enjoy it :D

Right well think I've went about 6 points over today. The mix of a hangover and being in the house all day. Nothing bad or that either, just been hungry!

So plan tomorrow is up early and out a good walk! Then later on in the day meeting a mate to walk to Tesco and back for work food.

This'll be good as I can do a walk tomorrow morning that doesn't involve passing Tesco!
 
6 points isn't bad!! at least you went out and enjoyed yourself.. by the sounds of the hangover anyway! ;) hehe, tomorrows plans seem great! and i'm sure it wont do any damage to your WI! :) x
 
Changed the walk to going on the bike instead. So will throw a podcast in my ears, maybe put MSN on on my phone and then go for at least an hour as that will get the 6 points.
 
1 hour later, jelly legged and done 35km in the hour. Really noticed the difference in my fitmess to when I last went on the bike and lasted about 45 minutes.

Also said about 800 calories burned, but I'm still just going to call it 6. Not getting used for anything that hasn't already been done anyway so if it is more points then fine!
