It is aye thanks, live update from the WI in about an hour :p

1 on this week. Had to happen sooner or later. Update the rest when i get in

1 is nothing, could be some muscle build up from that cycling in the shed

Cheers for that but I know where I went wrong.

Also, muscle is heavier than fat, that is correct. But if you have 1lb of muscle it can only change to 1lb of fat (and vice versa). It never gets heavier, that seems to be a great urban myth.

But aye, 1 on. I had a check there, in 22 weeks this is the 2nd time I have put on. If once every 11 weeks is how it is going to be I am fine with that.

I am a bit annoyed by it, but am I disheartened? Not at all. It had to happen sometime and chewing on crusty bread on Saturday and losing track completely did it. The cycling was to help reverse that but it proves to me that I can only use points I have in advance and not count points back retrospectively. This is the first time I have had to do it and my theory was proven correct.

So a good week this week has to be had! And I will be making sure that happens.

...and so will all of you ;)

I hope so too :)

Ok my first big change is since getting a phone with the internet I have been using this place as my tracker and doing my own when I get in.

Before I was keeping notes in my phone, then putting them on to my tracker and here at the same time.

So from now on I will be doing the same!

Also, about 2 months ago a friend asked me about starting jogging with them. I declined, citing a few reasons but mainly me thinking I would not last.

Doing to 35km on the bike at the weekend showed me my fitness has improved a hell of a lot, with this in mind and spurned by watching Run Fatboy Run at the weekend I popped out on my lunch there and got these;

hi well done on ur weight loss, i have been going to w/w for a few weeks i need to lose about 2 1/2 stone its nice to see someone doing so well it gives me that extra bit of incentive to carry on cant believe the difference in the b4 and after photo you looked a lot older in the b4 one (sorry dont mean to be rude) you look great :D

1 is not much at all.

I'm confused by what you mean by the fat/muscle though? Muscle can never turn into fat and fat can never turn into muscle. Your fat cells can swell and skrink and you can gain and lose muscle. 1lb of muscle weighs the same as 1lb of fat but the muscle will occupy less space so two people can weigh exactly the same but a person who has more muscle mass will be slimmer than a person whose weight is made up more of fat.

So you could have burnt off 1lb of fat but built up 2lb of muscle for example, and you'll be slimmer.
