Ever had one of them weeks were you know you have stuck to your points etc but have zero faith of a good WI?

I don't think I've ever had this...can't even put my finger on why.

But we shall see what the scales say I guess.

Yeah, I would fret over it but what's the point? I felt it was gonna be like that tonight. Over the course of averages it doesn't bother me :)

I was thinking about it on the way home from the meeting tongiht as to what was different.

Then I realised, there was no big walk this week. I didn't do my walk as I spent Sunday sleep deprived and hungover!

So every weekend I have to make sure to get my walk in, or failing that get on my exercise bike. I think I'll make it I need to earn about 6 or 7 activity points during the weekend. Try and keep a balance.


Also I am very strict on my WI day. I don't know if people notice but I have the same thing every Wednesday up til WI. My mate calls it borderline OCD but I just like to make sure every possible variable is covered and I am going on them scales each week the same. I made a tiny wee mess of that this week. I don't think it would have affected the scales but it did the mind.

All back to normal next week

Up late watching election results so bought stuff to make soup to fight off any hunger pangs.

I am Linz aye! about 3 hours and 15 minutes sleep but worth it. was sat with the tv on and my wee brothers laptop using twitter, facebook and MSN to try and keep up to date as much as possible.

I did aye, I basically coasted through and did the minimum I had to, wasn't too bad though!

This weekend I am accompanying a mate to her wee cousins first communion. I was asked by her other cousin as I get on really well with him (we make very good drinking buddies) and I am debuting a new outfit for it which I am looking forward to!

Sunday is the start of the pipe band season and it is my local competition...exciiiiited :D

No plans as such this weekend, but gym tomoro and sunday morning and want to get my garden tidied up too, in the hope that summer will actually grace us with its presence!!!

The most exciting thing maybe going for lunch with my mum, my aunt and my gran tomoro afternoon!!!

There will most likely be a picture at somepoint, outwith piping and job interviews this may be the first ever 'outfit' I have bought.

And if the weather is anything like it was in Glasgow when I left work (which I believe the weekend is to be) we will have great weather :D
 
Watchya! Well done on the 2lb the previous week and a 'oh well, never mind' on the 1lb gain, although at least you know where you went wrong and you're all calm about it.

Cheers for all that though, yeah if I beat myself up over 1 gain every 2 months (I think that's how it averages out) I wouldn't realise that 7 times every 2 months I lose or STS.

Only had 19 for the day yesterday so 3 saved, sitting at 12 saved.
