Got hungry there...my new favourite thing when there is nothing is to raid the freezer.

One thing I love (Love? Perhaps that's too much of a strong word, but bare wimme) about you is that you will eat 0 point food to keep the hunger away, when I do it I just feel totally guilty and google the nearest catholic church to confess my sins - I have since taken going to bed, the room furthest away from the fridge.:sigh:

See I would feel guilty too doing that but I have done it in the past and it hasn't affect a WI so I now know it is fine.

Frozen veg is a godsend, and also having jelly kicking around always helps. Big bowl of the wibbly stuff...can't beat it :D


Have to laugh in the shout-box thing, someone saying they have had to go off their diet (dunno which) wagon as they have a cold or something and need a curry to try and shift it...some people will look for any wee excuse eh :rolleyes:

Anyway, mates 21st tonight so point saving in the form of walking to be done! My phone has these horrible dark lines along it so need to take that to the shop, don't know if I'll be able to live without my Android phone. Got my old one as the back-up if it needs to go for repairs so wont be totally disconnected, but it wont be the same :(

Will grab breakfast before I leave...don't know what it will be yet though.

They said best try refreshing it at home first rather than sending it away as that might fix it, so currently doing that.

And by luck my walk today for about 80 minutes came in at 4.5 too!

Tesco metro's are useless for people on WW, but then I could have went to the Tesco in town yesterday and didn't!
 
Someone has left strawberries at the desk.

A medium strawberry - which I'd say these are - have 4 calories and no sat fat.

Going to fire through some of them, it would take 20 to get to a point, wont be that many but will call it a point to be on the safe side.

Spooky! I said today that Tesco in general isn't really a WW friendly place like Asda is. I've also noticed that WW online don't really deal in Tesco products either.

Loving the fact I have 100g strawberries for just 1/2point - They are a God send!

My local Tesco is a Tesco extra and I think it is. I know Asda carry a lot more of the WW brand stuff but the Tesco light choice stuff has the points on it, and is cheaper :D

Aye I never really knew about strawberries until mentioned at the meeting last week, Me likey 100g = 0.5 points :D :D

That will put me at 9.5. My tea is simply Tesco light choices mince and potatoes (3) and bread (1). That will put me at 13.5.

I actually don't see me having anything else today as I have pipe band tonight so will be straight to bed when I get in. Also we have a big competition on Saturday which means big drinking and as I didn't go a walk on Sunday I need to salvage points from elsewhere. Will also walk to band tonight from Glasgow city centre.
