Ok this is the basic outline of what happened on Friday, it might work better if you know Scotland between Glasgow and Edinburgh but bear with me anyhoo.
Ok so I was working through in Edinburgh which involved being at the office in Glasgow for 8, an hour earlier meaning I was up at 5.45. My pipe band had a practice that night so took my pipes. We expected to be done about 3 in Edinburgh so left the pipes in the office.
We ended up leaving Edinburgh about 5.30 with news of major traffic works. So my boss lives in Carluke and she said she would drop me at a train station as I was getting nervy about making practice on time. First station's train line is very infrequent so we decided Carluke would be the best option, about a 45 min train ride to the office. The trains there are 3 mins past and 33 mins past every hour.
...well every hour except 6 were there is no 6.03, and I got to the station at 5.58. I'd get to the office at 7.20 on the 6.33 so phoned a guy from the band to meet me there. Get to the office and the place is completely locked.
So I have to turn up at practice the night before a big competition with no pipes. I spend the practice trying to get a hold of folks from work to find out the time it opens on a Saturday. Many calls around later I get the stores guy who says it is 10am which would be dicey for me. But he lived 10 minutes away so I roped him in to coming down and letting me in.
Got back to practice just for the end of it, then came home, munched a jelly I had made and a packet of crisps and then got changed as I was piping a wedding reception at midnight.
So that was why I never had a chance to eat from lunch time Friday to about 1am minus a jelly and packet of Crisps.
But all sorted in the end and I owe someone a few cans of beer for helping me out!
So aye, Friday once that was all sorted I had;
The crisps I mentioned - 1
Raviolli - 5.5
Garlic Bread - 2
Crackerbread- 2
Yoghurt - 0.5
20.5 for Friday, 1.5 saved meaning I had banked 16 points over the week.
Yesterday was the Scottish Pipe Band Championships at Dumbarton. Glorious weather and lots of nice weight loss comments from people I hadn't seen in ages. I still don't take the praise very well but I am getting a bit better, but it is nice people notice.
Breakfast was;
Burgers - 2
Toast - 1
Yoghurt - 0.5
Over the day I took with me and ate;
Banana - 1.5
WW wraps with salad in - 3
Crisps (x2) - 2
Got in last night and had;
Pasta - 5
Sauce - 2
Bread - 2
Crackerbread - 2
Toast - 1
Crisps - 1
I had 4 pints of beer and a bottle so will wipe off the 16 saved.
Today;
Porridge - 3
Toast - 1
Yoghurt- 0.5
