YEAH can be. ATM just finished marking my grade 12 folios and very happy with most of there work. They have come a long way since the beginning of the year. We start the year at the end of Jan here in OZ and have a 6/7week break over Xmas/Summer.

Although alot of paper work and admin in teaching these days, oh and along with some parents thinking that they pay the fees for us to do the parenting as well!!! Overall I get to do something I love everyday and that is being creative.

Yeah I have a mate who lives in England who is a French teacher who pretty much says the same. Their year has just started and she had a bunch of first years in their first ever class of high school! She loved it.

Enjoy your day. I managed about 1300 cals today. Tomorrow I want to get to 1100 just for one day to be strict with my plan. The last 2 days I have factored in chocolate squares and the odd biscuit. Want to scrap all of that for now and just grab healthy fresh stuff.

The mousaka was Ok, eveything but the lamb bits were fine. The lamb was awful!

Had a pint after band practice (we now practice in a place with a bar...yay!) but not had anything else to eat!

I did 1300 today and only that little exercise this morning. Might try for some sit ups before bed but I am so tired. I am just doing some pre work for tomorrow and then hopefully in an hour off to bed.

Puggso do you take any vits? I take potassium, a multi and a flaxseed when dieting. Also I was wondering how much water do you drink? I am aiming daily for 3ltrs.

I don't take any vitamins and don't really have an aim for water. I do drink quite a bit over the day though...and if coffee counts then even more :p

My tea was baked potato with cheese and letture then homemade soup...my mum said I was mental taking the soup second but I don't by that decision *loosens belt* :D
 
ALL sounds very healthy. MUMS!

Just went and checked out that website 'myfitnesspal'. It's really good but I prefer writing my cals down on paper. I like the calorie/loss calculator. At 1300 cals I can hope for 1.5lb loss a week. I was hoping for 2.2lb loss a week on 1000 but cannot get down to there yet so will stick with 1300 and see if over the next 2 days I can master 1200.

Still haven't been to the gym. Hopefully tonight.

You really do it in a much more structured fashion than me..that's probably our genders showing here! :D

I'm much more 'dive in, head first' guy-like on it. Where most women I see on here set it out in very strict a strict manner. Mind you, I would expect that, and nowt wrong with it.

Muesli - 330 (not enough left for a bowl tomorrow so had it today :D)
