Monday

B- persimmon
L- carrot (I know but i wasn't hungry!)
D- chicken legs, chicken curry, couscous. Half a scan bran.

Weighed in and lost 2, so 14.8.5. So pleased. Another 5 and a half and I will be only a stone from target :)

Exercise!!! I want to do it but I am run tagged this week. So much to do :(

Yesterday's food was a bit up and down and I felt Ill in the evening. Syns were about 15 tho.

I made a chart to get to to target! Will fill in with treats for each 3 lb lost.

Hello again - well done on your loss and great idea for the chart. Might have to think about that myself....

No exercise dammit! But food was pretty good. Not hungry at all in the day --still a bit sick from yesterday. I thought about macdonalds for dinner but talked myself out of it :)

Wednesday

B/ scrambled eggs
L- a chocolate finger
D- 2 pizzas and a garlic bread!!!!

But hey ho. I put the other baguette in the bin.

I took lots of free food to work but didn't eat it, which was foolish. But on the upside I bought a tonne of lean meat and good veg as well as pizza, so meals should be good for the next few days!
