B- l m sausages (4), beans, eggs
L- sushi (2), thorntons bar (12)
Dinner - jacket pot, butter (2) pilchards, onion, mayo (2), spinach, tomatoes,
Snacks - apple, plum, oranges
Porridge with blackberries and apple (1)
Exercise- 30 minutes aerobics class at work.
So I feel like I've eaten badly today but I haven't really. I used light icbinb instead of butter, and measured out my lighter than light mayo. My thorntons bar was a slip when I was out and for hungry but I wanted to get past it-- not write off the whole day, even though I wanted pasties, subways, burger kings, etc...
It's so cold. I must be burning lots of fat keeping warm anyway!
