well done on the losses! think i'm going to have a red week and see if that gives a better loss this week.

I forgot to report in with my 2lb loss on Sunday -so 8st8lbs gone :bunnydance:..
Tuesday will be my 1 year anniversary of SW :faint2: -can't believe how quickly the time has gone :hmm:

Spanx -your photos are lovely :clap:-but it throws me when photos appear as no-one ever looks like they do in my head :p

I have been shaking things up again this week -so I have imposed a "carb curfew" -and my body seems to love it (although we will wait n see what the scales think on Sunday;)) - I do red days so I simply use my heBs up by 2:30pm -the crazy thing is that Im finding myself eating my evening meal and then having to remember to eat my activia and other than that I don't need to eat at all :happy036:

Anyway -just a quick one from me.. have a lovely day al and keep up the great work!!!
 
Evening ladies, reporting in with my weigh in tonight! I lost 3.5 lbs and achieved my club 10!! I amount so happy and quite emotional :( that was my first target I had set myself and iv got there in ten weeks. Only 1.5 lbs to go for my next sticker .... My 2 1/2 stone :) I will hopefully get that nxt wk :) I got slimmer of the week aswell! I am still shocked as I expected a gain, I really hvnt bn too good this week xxxx

Wow well done everyone the losses are fab!

Well I am doing rubbish! I changed jobs and couldn't get to class and feel like everything is going wrong! I have not stopped eating junk and I sneed to get back on track! Gonna have a look around the site for.motivation! So annoyed at myself!
 
I done it.....2lbs off so I'm now into the 14's (just) & also got my 5 stone shiney!!!! Was a bit worried when * showed up yesterday so just hoping I can maintain it this week. Soooooo chuffed & cant wait to see the back of the 14's now already!!!:rolleyes: 13's here I come!!!!!

thanks surreygal!!!! I couldnt quite believe it!!! I thought that I would have had a gain because of the change in shifts and not food optimising 10%. Hoping it doesnt catch up on me this week !!!!
Jayde, everything will work out huni, i have changed shifts and it does take a little time to get used to it.

I have had a good week this week - been out for a run twice, done my Zumba DVD twice and used my vibration plate 3 times! So I'm really hoping for a good loss this weekend. I have changed my WI day to Sunday, as I'm often out on a Friday night, so that gives me another 24 hours to recover from any Friday night blow outs (usually curry and wine)!

Jayde, I'm sure you'll soon be back on track - changing routines are always difficult to cope with. Stick with it hun! :)

Well girls I have made such a boob!! Yesterday things were a bit hectic, not much time to think etc so I was running a bit on automatic. Well I felt like a pasta & sauce for lunch...firstly because it was quick & secondly because I just felt like a few carbs so I thought I would do a green day. Hubby very thoughtfully brought home steak for tea so I (still running on automatic) weighed out my potato as if on a red day never thought anything else of it & really enjoyed it & had saved one of my 2 HeB's for the evening (2 alpen lights :D) Really enjoyed them & was climbing into bed & then it dawned on me that I had a red breakfast, a green lunch & a red tea!!! Now I could call it an EE day apart from the fact I had 2 Heb's :eek: How stupid am I????

Don't worry sweet pink!! That is a mix to max day if I am not mistaken that sw still endorse where you pick a red or green meal and you still get 2 healthy extras!!! Xx

I think you can call that mix 2 max, but if you are doing that you are supposed to have as few syns as possible and the majority of your meal is supposed to be superfree (from memory, it's been a long time since I saw anything about it!) Otherwise, you can call it an EE day and just count 6 syns for your 2 Alpen lights. I'm sure it won't affect your week too much anyway. :)

Did anyone see 'Dead Fat' this week on BBC? It was a documentary about obesity by Stephen Nolan (5 live presenter). Really interesting, as it showed you the effect of being obese on the inside of your body. Not for the squeamish though, as it showed the autopsy of an obese woman - but if you can stomach it, I'd recommend it as an instant willpower strengthener!

This woman's organs were all coated in fat, including her heart and kidneys. Her lungs were squashed up by all the fat, which would have affected her breathing. The fat itself is disgusting - it looks like neon blancmange.

2.5lb off for me this week which Im rather :Dabout as I cut my exercise down -I did the shred twice and had my walk yesterday -that was it!!.... so all in all me thinks I will be sticking with my carb curfew
So I hit my easter target *well I bettered it by 1/2lb* - what date is easter anyway ????, also I now need 1/2lb off to get my next target (to be 14st 7lb).

My plan this week is to up the exercise again to see how I go -so I plan on doing something every day -mainly my "shred" but I may also give zumba wii another whirl :eek:

Spanx -isn't it odd how you form an impression of folks in your head :p - you look great -what made me super :D was that you look teeny tiny -and Im chasing you so hopefully soon I can look like that too -so thankyou for sharing :D

Well -Tuesday marks exactly 1 year since I joined SW online -so we are going for and Italian -and Im looking forward to dressing up -now I have clothes that fit and look half decent :bliss:
I have checked the menu online and so I know exactly what Im having ;) -for my main Im having pork fillet in a lemon, white wine, rosemary and balsamic sauce with veggies -so I will only have to allow for the wine in it (which won't be much) and allow for if there is anything on the veggies -although I will ask in my best pidgeon German that they serve them plain ;) - I don't drink and I can't see my wanting a pud :faint2: -so I might have a starter if I fancy one ..
Do you know I can't believe that its such a basic way of making sensible choices -just look online first -why did that never occur to me pre-SW :confused:

Thanks Capricorn and well done on another fab loss! I don't think I look teeny tiny, but I am really pleased with the visible progress! :D

I think your carb curfew idea is something I might well try, as it means I can still have my baked potato lunch. I know I need to cut down on carbs, or at least the portion size, but my evening meals are based around the carb - either curry with rice, or pasta with veg... will have to get my thinking cap on!

Well ladies, I changed my WI day to a Sunday, to counteract my Friday nights out and this week I'm reporting in with a 2.5lbs loss! Woohoo! So, only another 1.5lbs to go to get into the 12s and get my 4st shiny. :)

I am in a munching mood tonight at work. Its T.O.M and I could honestly eat anything in sight today !!! Its the stomach pains aswell that I get when I have them. Seems to get worse every month :-(

One more nightshift to go after tonight. Im shattered !
