So back on plan and can I just say...
My wide mouth thermos flask is my new best friend!!!!
I've made 3 different batches of homemade soup up this week, carrot and corriander, potato, onion and sweet corn chowder and carrot, swede, turnip, tomato and red lentils.
The flask holds about 2 portions of soup do I have one a lunch time (with a sarnie) and another before evening shift and I'm not hungry or snacking. I can even have another dip o' soup while I've put tea on to cook.
Friday's we usually have something from the chip shop (usually just chips for me as I'm veggie) but today I asked not to have a portion I just had 84g from hubbies portion and I throughly enjoyed them without feeling bloated like I would have if I eaten a whole portion.
Also enjoying tobleron tinys, I have one break it into 3 pieces and the dark chocolate is lovely to suck and savour (ooh ahh mrs).
So four days of being 100% on plan, and while I can't get to either of the classes near where I work, as I've managment training course on Tuesday, I will be going to class near where I live on Tuesday evening.
Fitness wise I've done 30 mins on the Wii, ran up and down the stairs 10 times at work and taken a walk to the beach to blow away the cobwebs.
Also had a really fabulous day at work today very positive and productive meeting with a local college about expanding youth work delivery.
I now also have a member of staff of my very own and we've finally secured a building for the new youth centre!
2011 is starting very optimistically.
